Danielle has six years of CBRN experience and continues to serve in the United States Army as a CBRN officer. She commissioned into the Army in 2020 and began her career with the 470th Military Intelligence Group, serving as the lead CBRN officer and working alongside intelligence personnel to identify and assess threats. She later served in multiple CBRN reconnaissance leadership positions, including Biological Identification and Detection, where her focus was on biological threats, and NBCRV reconnaissance, supporting broader threat detection and identification across all states of matter. She currently serves as the Commander of the 413th CBRN Company in Florence, SC. She is a certified Radiation Safety Officer and holds a bachelor's degree in International Relations.

Her civilian career began as a Medical Assistant during the COVID-19 pandemic before departing for military training. Following completion of her training, she transitioned into the CBRN industry and joined First Line Technology in 2023 as the Operations Manager. She later transitioned to the Technical Team, where she currently serves as the Training and Events Specialist, supporting customer training and industry events to help bring practical, field focused solutions to first responders.

Mike Cahill serves as the Special Teams Technology Coordinator for the Illinois Law Enforcement Alarm System (ILEAS), supporting WMD/Special Response Teams through specialized tactics, training, CBRN equipment, and decontamination capabilities. A retired Lincolnwood Police Department sergeant, Mike spent 23 years serving on a multi-jurisdictional SWAT team in northern Illinois that represented 72 law enforcement agencies. He continues to help teams across Illinois evaluate and acquire mission-critical equipment designed to improve responder safety, operational capability, and statewide readiness.
