BabyPod Replenishment Pack

The BabyPod 2 or 20 transports infants in an environment that is warm, safe, and secure. For the comfort and safety of the patient, it’s critical to have TransWarmer® Infant Transport Mattresses and Infant Positioning Straps on hand for each patient. TransWarmer Mattresses gently warm the patient while the positioning straps safely keep the infant in place during transportation. The BabyPod replenishment pack combines (6) TransWarmer mattresses with (6) Infant Positioning Strap Sets so you can be prepared every time.

The BabyPod 2 or 20 uses TransWarmer® Infant Transport Mattresses, which allow warming for up to two hours without the need for a power source and provide a safe and comfortable solution for treating infants. The unique gel-exothermic mattress is clinically proven to provide a constant 100°F (38°C) temperatures for up to two hours without electricity. The TransWarmer Mattress is heated by a single-use exothermic reaction within a non-toxic gel. Even outside of the Baby Pod, the TransWarmer Mattress can be a variable source of warmth anywhere in the NICU/PICU, or anywhere else that newborns can experience cold stress.

Infant Positioning Straps

The Infant Positioning Straps safely keep the patient in place during transportation. They made from soft foam so they are comfortable for the infant. These single-use straps fasten using Velcro®, for easy application. The straps measure 13 inches (33 cm) in length.
