Instructions For Use

For External Skin Use Only

Use to remove Chemical, Biological, and Radiological contamination from skin and surfaces.

1. Tear open pouch at tear notch and remove pad from wrapper.2. Blot liquids / lightly wipe powders, blotting or wiping away from eyes, nose, and mouth. Use both sides of the pad.

Important: Do Not Rub

3. Use as many pads as necessary to remove visible contamination.4. Properly dispose of the pad. Do not re-use contaminated pads.5. Seek follow-on decontamination and medical attention if necessary.
