Over two full days of in-person training, your team will:

- Gain a working understanding of the Incident Command System (ICS) and Hospital Incident Command System (HICS)
- Explore the latest chemical and biological threat information relevant to healthcare settings
- Practice with PPE, detection tools, and contamination control strategies
- Run through realistic, role-based scenarios to build team coordination and readiness
