Founded in 2003, First Line Technology, LLC is an ISO 9001:2008-certified manufacturer and supplier of Out of the Box Solutions for first resonders and the military. As a total solution provider for emergency response equipment, First Line works directly with manufacturers and subject matter experts to provide current solutions for emergency response missions. First Line has established itself as a leader in new product development and deployment with innovative and simple solutions like heat-activated PhaseCore Personal Cooling Products, Fibertect dry decontamination wipes and mitts, and the AmbuBus (Bus-Stretcher Conversion Kit) that converts buses into mass casualty transport vehicles.

Amit Kapoor, President
Amit Kapoor is president and co-founder of First Line Technology, LLC. A 2002 George Washington University graduate, Amit holds a BS and an MS in computer science. He and co-founder Randy Sakowitz created First Line Technology in order to provide first responders with high-quality equipment so that they can better serve those in need. Amit lives in Falls Church, VA and is a wine lover and connoisseur.
Randy Sakowitz, Vice President
Randy Sakowitz is vice president and co-founder of First Line Technology, LLC. A 2002 graduate of George Washington University, Randy holds a BBA in Finance and Information Systems from GW's School of Small Business and Public Management. Randy comes from a medical family and has always been taught to give back to the community so he and co-founder Amit Kapoor began First Line Technology so that Randy could give back while pursuing his love for the business world. Randy lives in Falls Church, VA, loves cooking, and can usually tell you the best places to eat in any given city.

Location and Global Reach

First Line is headquartered and strategically located next to Dulles International Airport, within close proximity to Washington, DC and the Pentagon. This enables First Line to provide disaster response to the Washington, DC capital region and the entire nation without being caught in the disaster. First Line maintains a large global footprint which enables a 48 hour response time to just about anywhere in the world. First Line maintains contracts with FedEx, UPS and other logistics companies for emergency response capabilities to provide the cost-effective emergency response support and logistics.
